Duties:

- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects
- Develop project plans, including timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and suppliers
- Implement and enforce safety regulations such as OSHA standards
- Conduct quality control inspections to meet project specifications
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking
- Handle contract negotiations and administration

Requirements:

- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management
- Knowledge of construction management software and tools
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations for construction sites
