Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software
  • Support PC and browser configurations
  • Remote customer and external customer support and external customers
  • Overall customer support
  • Working within a Salesforce environment
  • Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization.

What you will bring:

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Ability to take feedback and execute accordingly
  • Positive Attitude
  • Diligent Multi-tasker
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification or training highly preferred
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years of call center / help desk experience
  • Ability to work flexible hours and days as projects require
  • Ability to stand and sit for sustained periods of time, at least 50%
  • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data; transcribing/typing; viewing a computer; extensive reading
