Job Title: Warehouse Operations Lead Location: Peabody, MA Shift: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

Position Overview: As the Warehouse Operations Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth handling and distribution of materials and products in our warehouse. You'll be responsible for managing inbound and outbound operations, directing warehouse staff, and optimizing efficiency to meet operational priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and shipment of products, including tasks such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and transportation.
• Direct workflow on the warehouse floor, including packing, unloading, shipping, and managing delivery schedules.
• Analyze internal data to assess productivity and efficiency, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
• Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisors to align on warehouse and inventory priorities, ensuring operational objectives are met.
• Assist in workload forecasting and inventory management through historical and trend analysis.
• Promote and enforce a positive and safe work environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
