2nd shift: 3:10pm-11:10pm
MTNA Greenville is looking for a 2nd shift Technician in the Mold Maintenance department to perform the following:
Essential Job Functions

• Complete minor mold repairs.
• Perform PM (preventive maintenance) on injection molds.
• Perform PM (preventive maintenance) on hot runner controllers.
• Basic wiring of mold heaters and core cylinders.
• Load and unload molds from trucks as needed.
• Complete required daily documentation.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for mold repair emergencies.

Experience and Knowledge

• 3-5 years experience in tool and die preferred but not required.
• Able to trouble shoot and solve common mold problems.
• Understands the PPE required for safe mold handling and repairs.

Skills

• Basic Tig welding.
• AC & DC electrical knowledge.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Basic machining skills (mill, drill press, lathe, surface grinder).
• Problem solving techniques.

Other Dimensions:
Training will be on first shift for a period of time before transferring to second shift.
