MTN is Hiring an Estimator Near Gilbert, AZ

MTN INC is a small growing specialty subcontractor in Gilbert, AZ. We are a young dynamic team that is value oriented looking for someone with the same work ethic and energy.

Pay is based on experience.

**Duties:**

- Assist in preparing cost estimates for construction projects

- Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather necessary information for accurate cost estimation

- Research and analyze historical data to determine material, labor, and equipment costs

- Prepare and submit accurate and timely bids and proposals

- Participate in bid review meetings and negotiations with clients

- Assist in monitoring project costs and implementing cost control measures

- Maintain organized records of estimates, bids, and related documentation

**Skills:**

- Strong analytical and mathematical skills

- Proficiency in project management principles and practices

- Ability to negotiate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

- Proficient in using software tools like Bluebeam for document management

- Basic knowledge of construction management principles

This is an entry-level position that offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in the field of construction estimating. We provide on-the-job training and support for career advancement.
