What Will Your Job Look Like? The Trainer will prepare Learners to accomplish desired results by developing and delivering training. In addition to engaging Learners, the Trainer will be responsible for the transfer of knowledge or skills. What You’ll Do: Identify areas of opportunities amongst learners and/or content; take action to correct Conduct Training Provide ongoing support for learners Facilitate and participate in meetings, town halls or other relevant information sharing events Generate a high learning transfer of Knowledge or skills from the trainer to the learner Measure learner satisfaction Measure learner transfer of knowledge or skills May be required to develop training What You’ll need: High School Diploma or G.E.D. 2 years’ experience in customer service 1 year experience in training others Even better if you have...
