Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide assistance in product selection
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise
- Manage social media platforms to promote products and engage with customers

Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in social media management for promoting products and engaging with customers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in cosmetology or retail sales is preferred
