We currently have an opening for a Lot Attendant in our Brooklyn Center, Minnesota location. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be a self-starter, and have some mechanical aptitude. The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 1st shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of inbound and outbound equipment in the lot.
• Basic mechanical work, i.e. fill flat tires, battery jumps and changes.
• Keep the equipment in the lot organized.
• Maintain the appearance of the yard; keep free of weeds and debris, plow and shovel snow.
• Load pallets into large dumpster using forklift or by hand.
• Assist drivers with staging and detailing of equipment that is going out for delivery.
• Safely operate a forklift.
• Effectively work within a team to meet customer needs.
• Backup to the wash bay as needed.
• Transportation of equipment to offsite location.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Mechanical aptitude required.
• Technical degree preferred.
• Ability to safely operate equipment and machines.
• Ability to recognize problem and initiate a solution.
• Possess excellent organizational skills.
• Self-starter.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Strong customer service/communication skills.
• Safely and effectively use several types of repair/service tools: pressure washer, hand and power tools.
