**Job Title: Lawncare Laborer** **Job Summary:** We are seeking a diligent and reliable Lawncare Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces, including mowing, edging, trimming, and general landscaping duties. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. **Responsibilities:** 1. Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging. 2. Operate and maintain lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment. 3. Assist in the installation of sod, plants, trees, and shrubs. 4. Weed, mulch, and fertilize lawns and gardens as needed. 5. Clean and maintain lawncare equipment and tools. 6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow. 7. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries. 8. Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and cold temperatures. 9. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. **Requirements:** 1. Previous experience in lawncare or landscaping preferred but not required. 2. Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and work in various positions for extended periods. 3. Ability to operate lawncare equipment safely and efficiently. 4. Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work. 5. Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary. 6. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. 7.
