Title: Eagles Nest Clerk
Reports To: Eagles Nest Manager
Status: Part-time/hourly (20 hours per week) 12-month position
Qualifications: The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and have an ability to maintain a good working relationship with others. Candidate must have strong organizational and time management discipline with solid judgment and understanding of confidentiality.

Job Description: The Eagles Nest Clerk will be responsible for working in the school store 20 hours per week to assist with customer service and inventory. As we launch an online store, maintaining inventory, fulfilling orders, and organizing product will require organization and teamwork. In addition to understanding the importance of working as a team, the Eagles Nest Clerk must be self- motivated and independent minded in order to complete the projects and initiatives assigned.
Requirements
Lifting and transporting boxes not exceeding 20 pounds; ability to stand or sit for long periods of time; excellent hearing and communication abilities.
Responsibilities: The Eagles Nest Store Clerk is responsible for the following:
· Accepting the work at Mount Paran Christian School as a personal calling and identify themselves as ministers of the gospel of Jesus Christ
· Serve as an ambassador to the school delivering excellent customer service to staff and families
· Collaboration with the Director of Auxiliary and Volunteer Services to ensure departmental needs are met
· Partner with Eagles Nest Manager to ensure a smooth process of inventory management for both online and in person shopping remains accurate
· Assist with vendor selection, ordering, and product pricing
· Assist with fulfilling online orders
· Assist with marketing, merchandising, and promotional strategy
· Assist with summer uniform shop creation and implementation
· Assist with special events as needed (open house, consignment sale, summer uniform shop, athletic events, family serve day)
· Showing support and high esteem for MPCS
· Complying with conditions as stated in the employee contract and handbook
· Modeling appropriate Christian behavior in speech and actions; and,
· Any other duties as assigned.
