We are seeking an experienced Case Manager to join our team. Primary responsibilities would include writing quarterly client progress reports, visiting with clients monthly to ensure quality of environment and supports, following-up on team and client requests, assisting to maintain client benefits, and providing weekly support to parents delivering foster services.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.04 - $33.65 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
