Mt. Juliet Children's Academy is now hiring! We are a full time, year round, Christian child care facility that cares for children 6 weeks - 5 years. Our hours of operation are Monday - Friday 6:30am - 6:00pm (Closed on weekends and major holidays). We are looking for educators who are looking to start a career in early childhood education as well as seasoned educators looking to grow in their field. Starting pay ranges from $14.00 - $16.00 an hour (Depending on experience).

Positions Available:

• Lead Infant Teacher
• Assistant Teachers
• Floaters (Entry Level - We will train you!)

Qualifications Include:

• Experience in childcare or teaching related fields
• Passion for working with young children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (60 day grace period upon start date)
• Dependability and reliable transportation

Responsibilities:

• Teach children 6 weeks - 5 years in activities designed to promote all areas of development
• Create a fun, loving, Christ centered environment for all children and families
• Abide by all TN state rules and regulations
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families and staff
• Communicate with parents on children's growth and progress using TN-ELDS
• Self development with continuing education annually
