MT Carpenter Landscape is looking to fill a full time Landscape Design & Office Support position. The position requires a self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and work independently. MT Carpenter Landscape is a family owned and operated company who truly cares about their employees.

We are searching for a highly energetic candidate who would be measuring jobs, using CAD skills to draft plans, design, and estimate jobs. The qualified candidate would be willing to work in the field and assist with office support when needed.

Responsibilities

• Site measurements and pictures
• Develop site layout plan on Pro Landscape
• Photograph completed project photos
• Perform material take-offs from plans
• Call clients with scheduling updates
• Pursue leads & referrals
• Design landscape plans and estimates for clients and leads
• Maintain consistent and timely communication to clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency using CAD-based landscape software
• Strong working knowledge of landscape construction and completing field measurements
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An understanding of the construction and landscape industry preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
