Company Description:
- 2-3 years of pipefitting experience. B. Able to read and understand piping ISO schematics, fitting symbols and layout drawings.
- Efficient at fabricating piping systems based on take-off dimensions and drawings provided.
- Journeyman’s knowledge of piping systems including Sch 10-80 SS and CS; SS
- Sanitary Piping, Ductile Iron, PVC/CPVC, and Hydraulic Tubing.
- Journeyman’s knowledge of pipe fabrication methods including: Butt Weld, Socket Weld, Sanitary Clamp, Compression, and NPT.
- Efficient at hanging pipe using clevis or strut clamps according to take-off dimensions or drawings provided.
- Ability to operate hand and power tools associated with pipefitting work.
- Ability to calculate basic mathematical problems.
- Ability to walk, stand, and lift for an extended period of time. J. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. K. Maintain a valid driver's license. Pass periodic observed drug screening. M. Pass a criminal background check.
