Overview: As a Healthcare Scrum Master, you will be responsible for leading Agile teams within our healthcare organization, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of healthcare products, services, and solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.

Responsibilities:

1. Scrum Process Facilitation: Guide and coach Agile teams in the scrum framework, ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.
2. Team Empowerment: Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions, fostering a culture of autonomy, ownership, and accountability.
3. Scrum Events Facilitation: Facilitate scrum events such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring productive and valuable outcomes.
4. Remove Impediments: Identify and remove impediments that hinder team progress, collaborating with stakeholders to address issues and dependencies.
5. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate project status, progress, and impediments to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
6. Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team and organization, facilitating retrospectives and implementing improvement initiatives.
7. Metrics and Reporting: Track key Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and cycle time, providing insights to improve team performance and predictability.
8. Team Collaboration: Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
9. Training and Coaching: Provide training and coaching to team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, practices, and tools.
10. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that may impact project delivery, proactively addressing issues and escalating as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required.
• Experience working as a Scrum Master in a healthcare environment, preferably with knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with experience implementing Agile methodologies in complex environments.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally
