Requirements:

What you bring

• 1 yr experience in vehicle bodywork & paint skills (trade school education or work equivalent experience)
• Ability to sand/finish resin parts to desired finish level.
• Ability to judge surface and coating finish vs. boundary sample.
• JIG, or Fixture design and adjustment.
• Have the ability to fix minor imperfections (sand and rub).
• Ability to accommodate daily priority changes as needed.
• Willingness to follow standardized work and safety protocols.
• Ability to work both independently and in small teams.
• Demonstrated commitment to the customer (embrace flexibility of assignment and willingness to support in all functional roles).
• Fundamental paint knowledge and skills (Mixing paint, setting up gun, spray application, etc.)
• Must be reliable.
• Willing (eager) to work and able to work 10-hour days.
• Willing to take instruction and critiques.
• Must exhibit flexibility and willing to adapt to help in different areas.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.00 per week
