MSquared Transport LLC is Hiring a Dispatcher Near Orange, CA
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. You will work closely with drivers and other team members to ensure that all shipments are delivered with the highest level of quality.
Job Location: Orange, CA 92868
Job Salary: $21.72 hour
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery
- Communicate with drivers and other team members to ensure that all shipments are delivered with the highest level of quality
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, drivers, and customers
Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in dispatching or logistics preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
