We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a solid background in construction management.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish

- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors

- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines

- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise

- Review project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility

- Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders

- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials, and labor costs

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and permits

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment

- Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

- Familiarity with budgeting and cost control procedures

- Knowledge of construction estimating and contract administration

- Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred)

- Relevant certifications in construction management or related disciplines (preferred)

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a similar role
