MSP Manufacturing is Hiring a Quality Inspector Near Bloomington, IN

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to analyze data will be crucial in maintaining our quality assurance processes. Duties: - Perform quality audits and inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products - Utilize various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify product dimensions - Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or non-conformities - Collect and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions - Fabricate and maintain inspection fixtures and equipment - Ensure compliance with CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) regulations and company quality systems - Document inspection results and maintain accurate records Skills: - Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices - Proficient in using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges - Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns - Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot defects or non-conformities - Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams - Familiarity with quality management systems and documentation requirements We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
