The Project and Knowledge Manager provides day-to-day management oversight and technical leadership for the U.S. Army customer and their Knowledge Management Environment through design, development, operations, and maintenance support.

• Manage a small team of knowledge management and SharePoint professionals through execution of this contract.
• Identify functional or cross-functional requirements and resources required for each task, supervise resources, and support reporting and communications requirements.
• Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with Government customers and MSM team members.
• Respond and report any service interruptions within established Service Level Agreements.
• Provide recommendations to Government lead on SharePoint features, capabilities, and service applications to employ to enhance end user experience and improve collaborative efforts.
• Perform content and document management activities for the supported organization.
• Plan, develop, and maintain the Knowledge Management Plan to address information architecture, information management, and knowledge sharing.
• Research and conduct analysis of alternatives (AoA) for new and emergent technologies to incorporate where practical.
• Support the design and development of knowledge management training materials and train Government end-users and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure contract deliverables are developed and submitted IAW established requirements.
• Contribute to future development and growth through client-side development
• best practices, client-side frameworks, and incorporating new technologies and graphic design principles in a SharePoint platform.

Required:

• Possess and maintain current IAT Level II certification IAW DoD 8140.03.
• Possess PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals Certification (or obtain prior to contract award).
• Be proficient and knowledgeable in the utilization and configuration of SharePoint features and capabilities (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint 2016, SharePoint Online). This includes the creation and configuration of lists, libraries, sites, workspaces, web part pages, and security groups in a SharePoint environment.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance with Tier 3 Background Investigation.
• Three years of related project and knowledge management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology or one-for-one year of additional experience in lieu of degree.
• Must be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement IAW contractual requirements.

Preferred:

• Project Management training and certification (e.g. CAPM, PMP, DAU Project Management, or equivalent).
• Experience migrating applications and data to SharePoint Online (SPO).
• Experience working in a Impact Level 6 cloud environment.
