MSIG North America continues to grow! This individual will oversee the Marine/Cargo audit/adjustment process. Responsibilities: Responsible for providing the necessary support to the premium audit function, conducting timely requests and processing of audits and adjustments on the organization’s Ocean Cargo, Inland Marine and Hull/Liability book of business. Monitor and update Adjustment reporting policy log. Create audit tickets within Premium Audit Manager-PAM system for policies due for audit/adjustment in a timely manner. Identify/gather relevant account information including binder, endorsements, rating information and/or Oceanwide report runs for monthly reports. Act as the service point of contact to both internal and external customers including, but not limited to Underwriters; Operations; Agents and Brokers. Request, collect and reconcile audit/adjustment data in accordance with policy binder terms and conditions. Prepare and calculate audit/adjustment including Policy Decisions data entry. Properly document all systems/account files within necessary documentation and/or approvals. Respond to all telephone and e-mail inquiries as needed, initiating contact with insureds, producers, or auditors to request additional information required for completing an audit. Ability to effectively manage, organize and prioritize multiple tasks. Education & Experience: High school degree required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong knowledge of Excel is required. Strong organizational skills, including time management and ability to prioritize multiple assignments. Prior Oceanwide and Policy Decisions experience a plus.
