MSI is Hiring an Instructional Design Consultant - Talent LMS Near Boston, MA
This is a contract position and will require 1 day a week at our location in Boston
Hours are flexible as are the days Monday - Thursday
As a consultant the hours range up to 28 per week or until modules are completed. After initial project is completed act as a resource for enhancements.
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to help us launch online learning initiatives using TALENT LMS . You will be responsible for creating and documenting engaging and effective learning materials for our organization. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training programs that align with our business objectives
Experience:
- 3-5 years proven experience in instructional design and training development
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise instructional materials
- Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Captivate, for e-learning development
- Previous experience using TALENT LMS
- Familiarity with visual design principles and ability to create visually appealing learning materials and online learning/ testing
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $34.00 - $36.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
