What characterizes this position?
As Account Executive for Kinaxis RapidResponse you are responsible for the sales process and converting leads into customers.
How you’ll shape our journey
  • Collaborate with our business development representatives and sales team in taking over pre-qualified leads, developing a compelling value-proposition and convert leads into customers.

  • Participate in marketing activities and conferences

  • Support in building up and nurturing the pipeline.

  • Actively drive the sales process, negotiate deals and sign new customers

What makes you a great fit
  • Seeking a seasoned sales professional with over 5 years of experience in delivering strategic solutions across SCM, ERP, and BI domains.

  • Proven track record in high-tech electronics, industrial, pharmaceutical, automotive, and related sectors, with the capability to spearhead sales within a specific industry vertical.

  • A strong background in supply chain enterprise software sales is highly desirable.

  • Candidates should possess a degree and have relevant industry experience, with a preference for those knowledgeable in SCM/SCP.

  • The ideal candidate will be highly driven, having consistently met or surpassed sales targets in new or developing markets, particularly with top-tier technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated success in acquiring New Name Accounts and establishing a solid customer base.

  • Skilled in negotiating and finalizing complex sales transactions.

  • Proficient in engaging with and selling to C-level executives.

  • Versatile in addressing various organizational stakeholders, including Manufacturing Operations, Demand Management, Finance, and IT.

  • Experienced in consultative sales approaches, leveraging business cases and value propositions.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both in articulation and persuasion, coupled with outstanding presentation abilities.

  • Independent, proactive work ethic is a must.

  • Willingness to travel as business needs dictate.
