PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :

This position requires regular attendance; the ability to work 40 hours per week is required; requires the ability to stand or walk for hours at a time;

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

QUALIFICATIONS :

High School Diploma or High School equivalency preferred. Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience preferred but not required for consideration.

Will be required to submit to E-Verify screening and pass a background check as required by Homeland Security and / or MSE Branded Foods as a condition of employment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- :

• Maintain a gracious, pleasant and friendly attitude while contributing to a team-work based environment.
• Be customer service oriented and detail oriented.
• Demonstrate ability to comprehend and follow both written and oral instructions.
• Adhere to the company dress and appearance policy.
• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food / beverages.
• Answer questions or make recommendations for complementary products.
• Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen / bar staff.
• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude.
• Issue bills and accept payment.
• Responsible for set-up, cleanliness and organization of the work area beginning, during and the end of each shift.
• Position requires slip-resistant shoes.

JOB SUMMARY :

We are looking for a competent Restaurant Server to take and deliver orders. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experience.

The position will work with the Back of House Team Members who are responsible for preparing all food orders.

At MSE Branded Foods, operate a variety of quick and full-service restaurants featuring nationally branded quick-service concepts.

MSE operations cover the spectrum of airports, universities, and premium shopping centers.
