Full job description
Responsibilities :
- Greet prospective residents and provide them with information about available units
- Conduct tours of the property and highlight key features and amenities
- Assist prospective residents with the application process and ensure all required documents are collected
- Social media engagement
- Address resident concerns and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections of units
- Utilize leasing software (such as Yardi or OneSite) to manage resident information and track leasing activity
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in leasing or property management required
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent; some college preferred
- Customer service, sales, and goal-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and laws pertaining to leasing activities
- Proficiency in using leasing software (such as Yardi or OneSite)
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays
