MSB Construction is looking for commercial construction professionals to join the team. MSB Construction, a fast growing commercial general contractor, is seeking a full time Superintendent to join our team. MSB is a family owned commercial construction company out of Jackson, TN and has been in business since 1987. Hard work, quality, and integrity are the backbone of our company and we are seeking team members with the same values. Applicants must have the following skills:
- 2 years experience in the commercial construction field to apply
- Manage a crew, subs, and quality control to ensure jobs turn over on time, within budget and built with a quality you can be proud of.
- Work alongside our crews teaching and mentoring while managing the job site.
- Willing to travel throughout the Mid South M-F.
MSB values its employees and family, thus we bring our teams home on weekends to spend time with their families.
Transportation, lodging, and per diem are included with out of town work. Amount of travel varies from year to year.
MSB offers competitive hourly pay based on experience and raises/ bonuses based on performance.
