• Assemble a variety of products or sub-assemblies of small, light to average weight parts following
  standard procedures, primarily by means of sewing using industrial sewing machines.
• Assemble and fit parts to close tolerances.
• Requires aligning, fitting, and adjusting parts to meet operating requirements of unit.
• Use of hand and/or power tools.
• May perform incidental mechanical connections/assembly.
• Refers to drawings, diagrams, or blueprints as guide for performing assembly tasks and training.
• Cross training in other functions as required.
• Conforms to all ISO procedures and requirements.
• Other general assembly and material handling tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

• Ability to read and write, ability to comprehend and follow work, quality, and safety instructions
  (including shop orders, and engineering drawings).
• Adequate dexterity to reach acceptable levels of efficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds repeatedly and ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and good disposition to interact and communicate with employees at allorganizational levels.

Education and Experience Required:High School Diploma or Equivalent

Experience Preferred:6 months of sewing experience6 months of manufacturing experience
