MS Volleyball, Inc is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Jackson, MS

Our volleyball club is seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee all aspects of our program. This position requires strategic planning, budget management, player recruitment and retention, coach hiring and supervision, and ensuring compliance with rules and regulations. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement the club's strategic plan • Manage the club's budget • Recruit and retain players • Hire and supervise coaches • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture • Ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations • Coordinate and oversee all club activities • Collaborate with other club directors, coaches, and parents. If you are a self-motivated, dynamic individual with a passion for volleyball and leadership skills to manage a successful club, please submit your resume, cover letter, and salary requirements for consideration.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $41,000.00 per year
