Pro Talent Group, a division of MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client are NOW HIRING a full-time Warehouse Supervisor in the Indianapolis, Indiana, area!

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily tasks of multiple team members in a dynamic production setting. They ensure the smooth operation of the Finished Goods Warehouse, managing documentation, physical inventory, and storage of all plant-produced and imported finished goods across various locations.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

· Direct the daily activities of several Lift Truck Operators, across three shifts.

· Assure the timely documentation of all Warehouse processes.

· Conduct necessary physical inventories, to assure the accuracy of finished goods.

· Provide the necessary training to associates, assuring successful Shipping Procedures are met.

· Conduct necessary departmental meetings, disciplinary actions, and performance reviews.

· Establish annual personal goals, and cost savings measures.

· Format and prepare required reports and documents.

· Follow all safety procedures and work as safe as possible at all times

· Participate in accounting close procedures.

· Participate in departmental GMP zone audits.

· Participate, as required by Department Manager, in Plant Quality System implementation and subsequent audits.

· Conduct daily business in a “self directed” manner.

· Rotate shifts and weekends as necessary.

· Maintain a positive work atmosphere and interaction with customers, co-workers, and management

· Perform all other duties as assigned

Education & Experience Required:

· High School Diploma is required.

· Bachelor’s degree, preferred.

· 1 - 2 years related experience required.

· Experience with inventory management systems preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

· SAP experience is desirable.

· English required, Spanish is a plus

· Knowledge of TQM and GMP.

Work Environment:

· 50% indoors and 50% outdoors.

· Can work in varying weather conditions.

· Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts.

· Occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles; toxic or caustic chemicals, extreme cold and extreme heat.

· Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but the employee may occasionally be exposed to high level noises including but not limited to manufacturing equipment.
