Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Host/Hostess, with experience, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest service in a restaurant or hospitality setting. Must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday, 9:30am - 4:00pm.

Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and seat them accordingly
- Manage waitlists efficiently
- Provide guests with menus and inform them of specials
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the bakery, host area and lobby
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Take "to go" orders
- Provide service to customers at the bakery counter

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality industry preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
