Summary: The payroll administrator will be on the phones and email most of the day. This is a position where multi-tasking is key and required. Attention to detail and strong work ethic is key to this position. Bonus potential based on performance.
Responsibilities
Input, process, and analyze payroll data to produce accurate and timely payroll
Collect banking information for direct deposit setup and initiate deposits on paydays
Compile payroll data such as garnishment orders, paid time off, insurance, benefits, and 401(k) deductions.
Maintain and document all payroll records
Semi annual audits of payroll records
Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns
Audit time entries in accordance with existing policies
Input and examine local/state withholdings
Produce management reports upon request
Generate timely and accurate vendor invoices
Order, setup and manage paycards
Provide payroll information for insurance renewals and auditsĀ
Qualifications
Associate's degree preferred
Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll processing system preferred
Strong math and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a team environment
Data Entry Experience Preferred.
