Job Description: BCBAs at Ms. Alice's Center of Learning will work closely with the clinical director to provide quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
BCBA will be given a caseload of no more than 5 clients. They will be responsible for administering assessments with the clinical director, writing treatment plans, creating and updating programs, training behavior technicians, collaborating with parents, providing supervision to supervisees, and updating clinical director of client progress.
