Job Title: Cleaner (Part-time, 1099 employment)
Location: Daytona Beach and surrounding areas
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform regular and deep cleaning tasks in clients' homes and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and products to achieve desired results.
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Change linen and make beds.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners.
- Restock supplies, such as toilet paper and hand soap.
- Report any issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Interact with clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance and keep a professional attitude while working.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Able to speak and write in English
- Experience as a Cleaner.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Physical ability to lift up to 20 pounds, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to pass a background check, and drug test
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable vehicle and proof of valid insurance.
