The Medical Records Specialist is responsible for managing our patient medical records and ensuring appropriate documentation is entered into each chart. This position works closely with our intake team to help support insurance authorization verification, DME order tracking and OASIS file submission. This position will act as a resource to our field staff in answering questions related to patient file charting.

This position will represent AgeRight Care at Home through development of relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, primary care physicians, specialist physicians and other long-term care facilities as needed.
