Surgical Services Director

Northeast

We have partnered with the flagship community hospital of a well-respected health system in the Northeast. This role will oversee 15 OR suites along with a small ASC.

• Pre-op, PACU, Sterile Processing, CVU
• 250 FTE’s with 5 reporting Managers
• Standardization of policies and procedures
• Looking for someone to take on a mentorship role

Requirements:

• BSN required, Master’s highly preferred. Must obtain within 5 years of hire.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Surgical Services required.
• Director-level experience required.
• Union experience a plus.
