Duties:
- Develop and implement spa policies and procedures
- Manage spa inventory including stock control and ordering
- Create and manage spa budgets, including pricing strategies
- Lead and motivate a team of spa professionals
- Ensure high-quality service delivery to meet customer expectations
- Oversee retail sales within the spa
- Maintain a clean and organized spa environment
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals and expectations
