Service Technician I

Located in Howell, MI.

Full-Time $18.00 an hour with monthly bonus opportunities.

We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician to join our team! The service technician is responsible for protecting, maintaining, and improving the community by ensuring all resident maintenance issues are resolved expertly and efficiently.

Key Functions

· Execute maintenance work orders while providing prompt friendly service

· Operate and conduct preventative maintenance on all equipment such as shovels, snow blowers, drills, and lawn mowers

· Perform thorough cleaning of apartments for turnover

· Comply with all preventative maintenance procedures

· Maintain cleanliness and safety of community

· Inspect apartments annually

· Assist residents in a friendly, customer focused manner

Qualifications

· High school or GED equivalent preferred

· 1-year similar experience or training

· Equivalent combination of experience and education

· Possess a valid Driver’s License

· Ability to work nights, weekends, and on call shifts

· Capable of lifting 50lbs

· Ability to pass pre-employment screening
