Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. Your attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications will be crucial in ensuring accurate and precise drawings.

Duties:
- Utilize CAD software (such as Revit, Sketchup, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, and SolidWorks) to create detailed 2D and 3D drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to understand project requirements
- Review and analyze technical specifications, sketches, and schematics
- Incorporate design changes and modifications into existing drawings
- Ensure drawings comply with industry standards and regulations
- Create accurate bills of materials for construction projects
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports and presentations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (Revit, Sketchup, NavisWorks, Civil 3D, MicroStation, SolidWorks)
- Strong knowledge of drafting techniques and standards
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and translate them into detailed drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated accordingly.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
