```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to join our construction team. As a Foreman/Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your leadership and expertise will ensure the successful completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

```Responsibilities```
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines
- Provide guidance and direction to construction workers, subcontractors, and other team members
- Monitor progress and quality of work, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during construction
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, time sheets, and material usage
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and promote a safe working environment

```Experience```
- Proven experience in construction management, with a focus on supervising and leading teams
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project success
- Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Solid understanding of building codes, regulations, and permits
- Ability to interpret contract documents and ensure compliance
