```Overview```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store and ensuring exceptional customer service. ```Duties```
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance
- Conduct interviews and assist with employee orientation
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
- Utilize cash register and POS system accurately for sales transactions
- Oversee stock management, including receiving shipments, restocking shelves, and conducting inventory checks

- Proven experience in retail management, with a focus on sales management
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures
- Proficient in operating cash registers and handling financial transactions
- Bilingual skills (preferred) to effectively communicate with diverse customers
- Excellent interviewing skills to select qualified candidates for employment
- Ability to provide effective employee orientation and training
- Experience in wireless sales (preferred)
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building strong customer relationships
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
