Position: Boba Shop Barista

Location: Bapu Fresh

Hours: 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday and weekends as needed

We are looking for a full-time barista to join our team at our boba shop on campus, across from the Sample Gates. The ideal candidate will have previous barista experience and be available to work the specified shift from 10am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Open the shop each morning
• Prepare ingredients and do daily prep work
• Make a variety of boba drinks and food items
• Greet customers and take their orders
• Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Keep the shop clean and organized at all times
• Help shift leads oversee inventory

Qualifications:

• Previous barista experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be available to work the specified shift

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
