Job description
Mr. Phone Pro is looking for a mobile technician to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is passionate about technology and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and repairing mobile devices, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops
- Troubleshoot and repair devices including the replacement of broken or faulty parts, as well as the installation of new ones
- Perform routine maintenance on devices including cleaning, charging, and replacing worn parts
- Maintain inventory of devices and supplies
- Ensure that work areas are clean and organized
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance activity
- Report on physical and electronic health conditions of employees and report on any changes in these to the company's Medical Technologists (MTs)
- Assist with the organization and storage of equipment and supplies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Experience:
- Experience diagnosing and repairing devices is preferred (1-2 years) but not required.
- Basic knowledge of computer software/hardware is required. We will train the right candidate with their background in computer science, data entry, or other technology-related fields. This position requires you to learn a lot quickly. You must be comfortable learning new technologies and processes.
- Prior experience working in a team environment is preferred. We will train you on how to work as an independent contractor if you choose to do so. You must be comfortable working independently as well.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38,210.63 - $52,000.00 per year
