Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Management: Welcome and manage observation, pending, and new patients. Play a pivotal role in the onboarding process for orthodontic treatments and ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience throughout our patients' orthodontic journey.
• Clinical Support: Assist our orthodontist during patient examinations, take diagnostic records including photos and X-rays.
• Treatment Presentation: Clearly present treatment plans and fee structures to patients or their guardians. Ensure they understand the value and benefits of the treatments offered.
• Follow-up: Maintain regular communication with patients and/or guardians, ensuring their questions are answered and their needs are met.
• Marketing: Contribute to brand recognition and community engagement initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with local dental offices for collaborative opportunities.

Required Experience:

• Background in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
• Prior experience as an orthodontic treatment coordinator is an asset but not mandatory.

Work Schedule: Monday - Thursday (OFF EVERY Friday, Saturday, and Sunday)

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $20 - $26 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
