The position is Monday through Friday and has the potential to be a remote position after adequate training has been done in-person which can be up to 90 days in office located in Green Hills. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Resource for all therapy patients, deliver above and beyond customer service
• Answer all phone calls and return all voicemails by the end of the day
• Consistent follow up on all clinic emails prior to the end of the day
• Ensure balance among Elite and MPOWER Physical Therapy clinics considering the weekly, monthly goals per clinic
• Guide patients to the appropriate clinic location based on insurance, geographic location and patient status
• Create and maintain regular updates to the outside clinic referral list
• Keep clinic teams updated on patient Physical Therapy locations including outside referrals

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS

• High School diploma is required
• Bachelor’s from an accredited university is preferred
• Training or experience in a fitness center, therapy clinic, or orthopedic clinic is preferred
• Excellent follow up skills with patients, clients and fellow team members
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time appropriately
• Interest and passion for personal health and wellness
• Kind and helpful personality
• Ability to handle difficult people and situations
• Comfortable effectively using MS Office programs including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and various internet applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Neat and professional appearance
