MPI® Unlimited is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Media Content Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As the Social Media Content Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in posting engaging and viral content for our social media accounts. Your responsibilities will include posting multiple daily "Reply to Videos" with pre-generated content from our extensive media library, creating post titles and descriptions, adding relevant hashtags, attaching/verifying appropriate disclaimers, incorporating current trending/viral music, creating/verifying calls to action, and monitoring comments and DMs with in the agent accounts.

Please note that this position is a full-time role that requires onsite presence. We believe that being part of our office environment is integral to the collaborative nature of our work.

Requirements

Your responsibilities will include:

• Post multiple daily "Reply to Videos" with pre-generated content from our media library to our social media' accounts.
• Create catchy and attention-grabbing post titles and descriptions.
• Incorporate relevant hashtags to increase visibility and reach.
• Attach necessary disclaimers to adhere to legal and brand guidelines.
• Add current trending/viral music to videos to enhance engagement.
• Create compelling calls to action to drive user interaction and response when necessary.
• Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in special projects and/or other duties as assigned by management

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

• Superior knowledge of social media platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage agent accounts, content and scheduling effectively.
• Familiarity with trending and viral music to ensure the content remains current and engaging.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with the audience.
• Strong multitasking abilities and excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player, collaborating with the media team and leadership..
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Adherence to the pre-established content posting outline to maintain brand consistency and quality.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other relevant software.
