JOB OVERVIEW

The Omni Marketing Manager plays a vital role for our clients in developing and executing marketing strategies and programs targeting the specific needs and behaviors of shoppers within a retail omni-channel environment. This person aims to create compelling shopping experiences that drive sales and build brand loyalty while collaborating closely with retailers and brands to mutually benefit from the marketing strategies employed. This role requires a combination of marketing, data analysis, and project management skills, as well as an understanding of consumer behavior and retail dynamics. This is a remote position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a retail media and customer shopper marketing expert to provide strategic direction to your clients’ business
  • In-store, retailer.com platform and off-platform marketing strategy development and contracting with agencies and service providers
  • Act as the go-to entry point for all stakeholders in order to respond to customer opportunities, needs, challenges, risks – as it relates to shopper marketing, paid search and display media plans for clients’ ecommerce business
  • Manage day to day communication and activations with retail media networks
  • Forecast spend and performance to align with client business goals
  • Work with designated creative resources to source assets needed and provide final content to service providers
  • Track the performance of shopper marketing and media campaigns and use data and analytics to evaluate their effectiveness. This includes assessing sales lift, ROI, and shopper engagement metrics
  • Provide optimization recommendations based on performance and execute the changes in plan
  • Ensure accurate budgeting and timely processing of invoices with service providers

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

3-5 years’ experience in:

  • Display / Paid / Social Digital Marketing
  • Client or account management
  • Advertising budget management
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to self-motivate and work in a fast-changing business environment
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves and dive into the details; a “can-do” attitude
  • Comfortable in spreadsheets, reporting, and analysis
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Data Studio
