MPCC Corp. is Hiring a Chief Estimator Near New Rochelle, NY
MPCC Corp is a Westchester based contractor seeking a chief estimator to lead our company into the future. The individual needs to be a self-starter capable of framing an estimate from start to finish in the range of $1,000,000 to $150,000,000. Minimum 10 years experience in municipal bidding. Needs to be able to do detailed takeoffs for demolition, excavation, concrete, rebar, masonry, underground piping and all aspects of sitework. Needs to be able to review subcontractor bids for thoroughness and leveling and capable of attending prebid meetings. Ability to communicate well in English and work well with a team, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets. Candidate should be able to produce professional references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
