The Opportunity

Based at our Brighton office, this role will report to the Head of Marketing UK, and will be an important part of a busy, creative and diverse marketing team.

You will help to deliver UK marketing activity, with a focus on Influencer marketing - supporting with partnerships, campaigns, events, and other marketing activities to reach and engage MPB customers.

As well as supporting on influencer management, you will also be responsible for the organisation of 'Hands-On' kit loans with our key partners (Influencers, Content partners, Journalists).

Key Responsibilities

You will be supporting the Partnerships and Collaborations Manager in delivering Influencer activity for the UK Market. This includes : researching, reaching out and coordinating with the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns, increasing our brand awareness amongst photographers & videographers of all abilities.

You will :

Support the Partnerships and Collaborations Manager in sourcing Influencers and other creative collaborators to work with, based on a set of criteria & briefs to support ongoing & new campaigns

Support in creating campaign briefs for Influencers across Instagram, Youtube & TikTok

Establish, develop and maintain relationships with relevant influencers

Manage communication with Influencers and creative collaborators

Review, feedback and approve influencer content - ensuring the MPB brand is represented accurately & achieving the maximum impact

Track success of Influencer program

Facilitate Hands On Kit loans by working with internal teams to plan ahead, oversee completion of the required legal documentation & book in deliveries & collections for influencers

Requirements

First-hand experience in Influencer management & good understanding of the influencer marketing landscape

Ability to work well cross functionally, with multiple stakeholders

Extremely organised with the ability and desire to work in close collaboration with others to achieve results on time

Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems and provide creative solutions

Drive and self-motivation

Flexibility and adaptability

Proficient in G-suite

Even Better If

Possesses in depth knowledge about photography & camera kit

Knowledgeable about the photography industry

Experience with Captive8’ & Tableau’
