MP Skilled Tech is Hiring a Refrigeration Technician Near Phoenix, AZ
- You will work on a variety of systems, including R&D refrigeration units and industrial refrigeration systems. Your expertise in troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration equipment will be essential in ensuring optimal performance and provide recommendations on improvements. To ensure success as a refrigeration technician, you should have advanced knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems, good mechanical skills, and excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs on refrigeration systems, including replacing defective parts, repairing leaks, and adjusting controls.
- Perform system checks, system troubleshooting, and refrigerant recovery
- Perform electrical and gas system troubleshooting
- Conduct feasibility studies and testing on new and modified designs
- Responsible for failure analysis investigations and engineering evaluations
- A member of a team that includes technician and engineers to engage with internal customers in soliciting product specifications requirements.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulations related to refrigeration systems
Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years experience
- EPA cert. bonus but not required
- Possess computer skills
