Summary of Position:

The job of an Inventory Specialist involves administration, management and supervision. This is a specialized profile in which an individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a dynamic environment. This person is also liable to look into all functions while coordinating with internal as well as external sources of the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide quality assurance/quality control in accordance to company standards.
• Make SAFETY the #1 priority by adhering to and enforcing all company safety standards.
• Verify third party contractors are qualified to perform scope of work and notify appropriate personnel if contractors are not following company policies and standards.
• Maintain a daily log of activities and contractors and make special notes of any incidents that arise.
• Knowledge of raw materials, production processes and quality control.
• Conduct tests and inspections of products and processes to assure a quality product.
• Computer skills for maintaining and analyzing information. Analyze information and using reason to address issues and problems. Requires a high degree of accuracy.

Essential Education and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Skills:

• Construction industry experience
